Your data stays on your Mac
Rumi has no servers and no analytics. Conversations, settings and account tokens stay on your Mac. To answer you, Rumi sends what is needed to the AI model provider you choose, and nothing is used to train models. Every action that changes something is checked, and sending an email from your own account always asks you first.
Google users: Rumi asks only for the permissions you choose and uses Google data only to do what you ask. Read the privacy policy.
Requirements
macOS 26.2 or later. Bring your own model: a Claude subscription, or an Anthropic or OpenAI API key.
